Stephanie Naying Liu

Stephanie Naying Liu M.S. CF-SLP, TSSLD/BE, is a trilingual speech-language pathologist in Mandarin, Chinese, and Korean. She graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Queens College, with minors in psychology and linguistics. 

During her clinical experiences, she provided speech, language, and swallowing therapies to both pediatric and adult patients in a variety of settings such as private clinics, rehabilitation centers, public schools, and home health. She provided treatment services in the areas of speech-sound disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, pragmatic language, autism spectrum disorder, aphasia, voice, augmentative and alternative communication, adult dysphagia or swallowing disorders, neurological disorders, cognitive disorders, and fluency disorders. 

Naying’s passion to serve minority groups stems from her language and cultural background, and she hopes to provide professional and ethical speech and language services to bilingual families who are often underserved. In addition, Naying is currently the facilitating SLP for the Mandarin group for the International Aphasia Movement, a non-profit organization that provides social support and no-cost group speech therapy online. She has a great passion to learn and to grow together with clients and family members.
