About Rabia Masood, MA, CF-SLP

Rabia Masood graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Master of Arts in Speech- Language Pathology. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from St. John’s University. She is completing her clinical-fellowship year with St. Mary’s Healthcare System.

During her clinical experience, she has been able to gain a wide variety of clinical experience as she worked with a variety of populations ranging from early intervention to adults. She completed internships in inpatient and outpatient settings within a hospital, clinics, and schools. She has implemented treatment in the areas of autism spectrum disorders, receptive/expressive and pragmatic language, augmentative and alternative communication, and pediatric swallowing disorders. Rabia is planning on pursuing additional training in the area of feeding. She enjoys collaborating with families and other professionals to treat children using a team-based approach.
